CBT aims to help you deal with overwhelming problems more positively by breaking them down into smaller parts.
You're shown how to change these negative patterns to improve the way you feel.
It looks for practical ways to improve your state of mind on a daily basis.
In your first session, we'll explore what brought you to therapy and then decide the most appropriate ways to help you make progress. With CBT, we'll look at how your thoughts affect your emotions and experience. During treatment, I'll help you learn how to push back against those thoughts to change your feelings for the better.
Sessions are £50 per session
ONLINE ONLY DISCOUNT: I offer a reduced rate of £40 for students, unpaid carers, retirees, veterans and those on benefits.
Pay as You Go
Pay for your sessions each week, 24 hours in advance to secure your scheduled session time
Pay for a Block of 3-12 Sessions
Pay for your sessions in a block that suits you and your needs. This can be discussed if applicable.
Have your Employer Pay
If your employer states that they can pay for therapy for employees, I can invoice them, and they can pay for the agreed-upon number of sessions
48-hour Cancellation Fee
If you cancel your appointment within a 24 hour period will be required to pay in full.
If you cancel your appointment within a 48 hour period you will be required to pay 50%.
