About Sunflower Counselling Services

I live in Renfrewshire, Scotland

I am a qualified CBT therapist, with an interest in working with both adults and young people.

I have a Post Graduate Diploma in CBT and Group work 

I am a member of BABCP and I work within BABCP’s ethical framework.

I have a Bachelor of Science Degree in Psychology

I currently work as a school counsellor so I have lots of experience with young people. 

I am also registered under the Disclosure Scotland PVG scheme (Protection of Vulnerable Groups).  

I am passionate about my work as a therapist. I understand that sometimes in life, we just need a helping hand to get through things that feel tough.
