I live in Renfrewshire, Scotland (Paisley counsellor)

I am a qualified CBT therapist, and it has been life-changing working in my dream role! I have an interest in working with both adults and young people.

I have a Post Graduate Diploma in CBT and Group work 

I am a registered member of BACP, and I work within BACP and BABCP’s ethical framework. 

I graduated with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Psychology in 2021.

I currently work as a school counsellor, so I have lots of experience with young people!

I am also registered under the Disclosure Scotland PVG scheme.

I am passionate about my work as a therapist. I understand that sometimes in life, we just need a helping hand to get through things that feel tough.

Fun fact about me is I have aphantasia (I am not able to visualise mental images!)
